I have been buying cars for 40+ years…. Never have I ever had such a pleasant experience as I did here. This couple goes above and beyond to make things work for you. I had the greatest experience with Alan's auto. They bent over backwards for me. I had been shopping at so many dealerships and Alan's was by far the best place. I love my car! If you need a car or truck go see them, it's worth it.They are wonderful people to do business with.Denise

Allix and John they were great. Courteous, polite, professional their cars are in really good shape. The one I got they got the air conditioner fixed. The seat was torn pretty bad. They told me they had to get that replaced. They believe in being honest and fair I definitely recommend him. I drove all the way up there from San Antonio to get that car.

Well Old School Business Practices are not totally obsolete.It can be found at Alan's Auto Sales in Georgetown TX Today!The Big Box sense of most dealerships is the predominant norm today.Sit in a cubicle while a Sales Rep. goes back and forth between you and his/ her Boss!It becomes a game of chess.Not the case at Alan's family owned business.The Patriach taught his daughter well. The DNA fell directly from the source.Mr. Alan reminds me of some of my most memorable vehicle purchases of my past.Their customer first attitude is commendable and appreciated.Their pricing is fair and their products are exceptional.I had been looking for an Audi Q5 3.0 6 cylinder for months.Something just never seemed right, until I found mine at Alan's.Allix was knowledge, courteous, and exuded honesty and integrity.I found the Q5 on their lot, and was immediately sold.Allix proceeded to give me some suggestions to improve the package from a cosmetic standpoint. Not that it was needed, but the suggestions only enhanced the vehicles appearance.I have already sung the praises of this company to friends who I know will be making their next purchase at Alan'sMuch Appreciation for making my next vehicle adventure a great ride!With Gratitude,Kevin

I bought my 2019 ram 2500 back in 2024 of June I believe and I've been in love with it! They're great group and I would love to do another sale with them when the time comes. Highly recommend!

I don't usually leave a review, but I will for the exceptional service received. Allix went above a beyond. She was willing to meet before open hours to sign paperwork because I was on a tight schedule. She bought me a coffee and even replaced two front tires without me asking!I didn't understand how there were so many 5 star reviews here.. now I know lol.I think they're running a very niche market in car dealership. I wish there were more dealership like this where I'm from..
